Dr. Creasman is a plastic surgeon in San Jose who specializes exclusively in aesthetic surgery throughout the Silicon Valley. A native of Michigan, Dr. Creasman graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School. After completing a residency in General Surgery at the Henry Ford Hospital, he pursued his training in Plastic Surgery at UCLA Medical Center.

Dr. Creasman joined the prestigious Associated Plastic Surgeons of San Jose in 1991 upon completion of his residency training. He is a certified diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Creasman is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), and the California Society of Plastic Surgeons (CSPS), as well as numerous other medical societies.

Dr. Creasman is married and has two sons. When not spending time with his family, his hobbies include oil painting, both landscape painting and rendering the human figure.
